My thirteenth car and its a Seat Altea 2.0 sport diesel 138 BHP it also has ESP to control the power when on slippery surfaces and/or breaking while taking avaisive action, which could be a life saver, cruse control, electric mirrors, 5 star NCAP rating, 8 airbags, 8 speaker CD player but no MP3 connection and it won Tow car of the year.
2004 Seat Altea review
“A Pokey 2.0 Diesel With Great Handling In The Suv Style”
I get about 50 mpg on a long motorway run, it drops to 45mpg in town. It is built to last, I can feel VW got involved running gear and the body shape looks very Italian to me. I am very happy with the spec of the Sport Version although it has no connection for MP3. The rear seats are stiff to fold down and the cabin space is not very versitile but it is roomy feels like it has been constructed in this way for safety.
Pros —
Good for taller people in the back as well as the front
Cons —
Its a bit chunky

This car is so french, blue inside and out, a practical classic which drives like a new old car. Cheep to run and you can actually hear people say "what the f*** is that?"

My eighth car a Saab 900 at 120,000 miles it took me to Belgium, Holland, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Chec, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy and France, the only 2 things that broke were the power steering belt which I replaced and the fan came off the radiator so I put it back. Good visability with the panaramic curve of the windscreen.

My Fourth car was this a VW 1303 Super Beetle, it blew flames out of the Kodron exhaust pipe. I rescued it from being scrapped, did what I could for it, Mot and new paint but had to let it go because it was too easy to spin.

My Student car, getting to lectures on time was never a problem, fast and relyable, I thought I looked cool driving it. I got the car from a breakers with some front end damage, tied it to a stone building and slowly reversed backwards, I love Jap cars.

1.5 this car was basic and ok to drive, it was big inside with enough space to take us from London to Devon. This was my second car ever, but I had a feeling it would ultimatly let me down so I sold it.

My sixth car Peugeot 305 GRD Diesel. A great big comfortable Taxi of a car, I loved it but the engine bust a ring there was alot of smoke and the car ended up on the huge scrap heap in the sky.

My fifth car a VW Golf Driver 1.3, I loved this car and kept it clean. It was a fine example it had had a small carb fire but it was fine with some new fuel pipes and bonnet. It used to beep at me until I disconnected the Rev counter from the coil.

My first car, I was a poor student at the time. I paid too much it must have had a dodgy Mot because although it looked ok on top, it was full of holes underneath. I put it on its side with a fork lift and had fun welding it up.

My third car. This car used to dive to the left after going over a hump back bridge, something was seriosly wrong so I gave it back to the "mechanic" who I got it from.
