Did not abide by the price on CarGurus. Said it was third party website, etc. however the add was down when I showed up to the dealer. Left the lot with a 2012 Volvo with only 150 miles on it and had to return with maintenance required light on. Took them a while to fix and then about 20 miles away the TPMS light came on and had to find air to out in tires. They didn't do a maintenance check and overheard maintenance personnel were not in that day. It was Monday.... Memorial Day.

I called and left a message during the day about a used 2012 Volvo they had advertised. I didn't get a call back from them until the next day (no sense of urgency) and when the call was returned, the salesperson was of no use. He had very little knowledge of his inventory and said that he would have to follow-up with me later in the day with more information. I never heard back from him again about the information that I requested. I ended buying a new Volvo from Don Beyer Alexandria. They offered great service!
