I have not purchased from this dealership, but if they ever get in what I want, I'll be going here. So far I have been treated with respect and courtesy as I have been searching for a pre-owned vehicle. They appear to really want your business. I have not received anything even remotely as courteous at any other dealership. Can't give it a five only because I have not purchased anything from them.

The were responsive and friendly

We had planned to drive 3 hrs for test drive, but no return call 2 days later by sales guy who told us he was "off" for 2 days

We were literally flagged down and stopped before we were even able to drive into the parking lot! The salesmen (2) were pretty aggressive and sharklike so I immediately headed out. Vultures!! No sale from us. Tip to dealership: you will profit (more) through less pressure. Make someone comfortable before hawking them. I wish I had stayed for the car I wanted but shame on them!!

Called and worked out deal for an 05 Audi Allroad. On the commute from 200 miles away, the sales person called to see if we were coming even though we were early for the distance. Arrived after washing our trade and found the the Audi had not been washed, tires were shot, car was scratched and the engine had been tuned to run fast as it was making strange noises. Five minutes later we told the sales person how mis-represented their Audi was having traveled nearly three hours. The only saving grace is that the sales person directed us to Bellevue Audi as they had an Excellent 05 Audi Allroad which we were able to come to a reasonable agreement on and purchased. Hawkish sales persons at Lakeside Toyota and just had the old slime ball feel that gives the car business a bad rap. Watch your back at Lakeside Toyota or you will get dipped in a lake of slime....
