I drove 3 in a half hours to do business with Brunswick after receiving excellent customer service from one of the car salesman (Joe D.). I have to say that it was well worth the drive. Everyone at this dealership were extremely nice. My husband and I brought our two kids with us and Joe even made sure that they were comfortable. The 2008 Honda Accord that I bought was as Joe by described, in excellent condition. I love my car and will be doing business with them again in the near future.

Dont really think they want to sell any cars. Found there ad on ebay and called the number with the listing. Called this same number a minimum of six times, always got a non-business like recording. So got online, found the dealer and a different phone number. Called this number, asked to talk to a pre-owned salesperson, and was put on hold so long that I was eventually cut off. I called back, and it happened again. So I waited until the next day and tried again. This time I got to speak to someone, and I was really excited. I asked him to give me a value for my trade, before I drove two+ hours to the dealership. Just a rough idea, a range maybe. Wouldn't hold him to it. Just an idea. His response was no, I should do it myself on thier website. That was enough. I decided that Toyota of Bedford was not the the dealership for me. And the number I was calling originally with no answer? It was another salemans cell phone, who never answers. Go figure.
