Dealer responded quickly, made me feel welcomed

While I was in dealership I heard a supervisor or manager berate an employee of a lower level of responsibility, loudly using profanity, within earshot of the entire lobby area. Very unprofessional. They were in the process of getting me a good deal on my trade in when they all of a sudden lost over 20% of the dollar amount the salesman told me they had gotten offers for in less than 1/2 an hour. I think the salesman just let it slip. They had offered the vehicle in question several grand below average listing price. But when I saw it, obviously that poor jeep had been 'well loved'. I was a little irked that I felt like they pretty much wasted my time and couldn't just tell me anything over the phone. Even though I gave them the same information in person... But the salesman I worked with was very nice and helpful.

I was pretty upset when I was paying for my truck outright and had to keep going to find the sales manager. My original salesman was off on Monday so I got to deal with David. I told them I would be early and to have the paperwork ready so I could sign and leave. Well, paperwork wasn't even started and the finance guy that did finally grab the paperwork did so because we had been there so long. He was the only guy that actually helped us. The rest of the sales team, whiched was way over staffed, were just sitting around and not seeming to want to help or assist or even really be too friendly.

Was not impressed. I was interested in used vehicle that needed a window handle replaced (which in my opinion and small cost to the dealer) which they would not fix. Although I like the truck, I needed cruise control which the vehicle did not have. They would add it if I would make the deal. But at my cost. Their response to both of my request is "We set our prices competitively" So basically stating We will not work with you and if you don't like the price, go find another dealership. I would not recommend this dealership.

Well, I had a bad experience here the salesman here was great he helped me out a lot but when I went to go sign the contract the financial advisors are jerks. They told me a different price and then kept trying to get me to sign the contract at the end I felt obligated to sign so I told them no and believe it or not they told me well it looks like there was no sale here to begin with and no money. When they said that I took out the 5grand and they were eager to get me into a year old car I wouldn't have mind but how they treated me nahhhhh! The sales team here are great that's all I got to say.
