Spent time explaining different things to me w/Internet sales & extra fees, etc. Even tho I told him I had put down a deposit elsewhere. I would not hesitate to do business w/Lexington for a future car. Also, that call was backed up by a 2nd, a day later. Nice people. won't give more than 3stars, b/c I didn't buy from them for a 'total' experience.

However, when I reported there was a problem with one of the power windows, everything went silent. I have not heard from the salesman or anyone else. Not even a follow up call to ask about my experience. I am disappointed with the dealership but not unhappy with the vehicle. I would suggest to the dealership that there sales and/or customer care representative follow up with a call to make sure the transaction went smoothly and the customer is satisfied. A simple call or email goes a long way to reassure a customer and iron out any wrinkles.
