I talked with a salesman throughout the day and was going to go and see a car after work. Apparently it was sold just before I got there and they tried to show me a different car that I didn't want.

My salesman didn't have the car listed because it sold the night before, but after the entire team worked hard to find a solution, they gave me a like model, matching the price of the first vehicle. The situation they were in was not favorable, yet they worked to get it right since I flew down to get be vehicle.

Overall, it was a good experience. I'm a picky buyer, and I'm also not fond of the stereotypical "car sale." For the most part, it was a relaxed experience, they were patient with me, and everyone asked if I was being attended to (better than some other shops I visited). There was a "salesly" part to the close of the deal, where the extended warranty was discussed, and when I met the used car manager, he came across as though I had irritated him already, and we had just met. That part didn't feel as receptive as I'd like. My salesperson, Liz, was engaging and conversational, and I would recommend and refer to her for others in the process.

Very professional. Answered questions quickly and completely. Good people to work with. Would do buisness with again.

If i said Dealer never responded i would surely be the World's Biggest Liar as response was almost,just almost instant.
