I did buy a car from this dealer. Their response was immediate. They were gracious and helpful throughout the process. I think and hope it was a good deal. The salesperson offered his help beyond the sale (to get my radio turned on--there's an error code that comes up when the battery is disconnected). The manager of the service department called me directly to answer one of my concerns, and he worked on this problem immediately. I felt they were honest in terms of what they could and would provide. Overall, a good experience.

Only had a few email exchanges but they were pretty blunt in dealing with me and not particularly helpful. Probably would not have been able to work with them.

Buying a car for me is usually a frustrating experience for me but this latest purchase was a very positive one. Salesperson Mike Karz was excellent in all ways....low key, knowledgeable, helpful and just downright pleasant. A very good experience for my husband and me.
