I purchased a used Honda CR-V from this dealer recently. I did quite a bit of research beforehand and had my financing ready through my bank and had no trade-in. I dealt with a sales manager named Ray who was very friendly and helpful. I was able to negotiate the vehicle price close enough to what I felt it was worth and closed the sale. There were no pressure sales tactics, no hidden expenses, no game playing of any kind. To put it simply, I was treated fairly. I got a very nice vehicle for a competitive price. Ray was very straightforward at all times - no issues with him. What I could have done without is the other people (salesmen, finance manager) shaking my hand and trying to be my pal. I knew what I wanted and didn't want and found them to be a little annoying- but really just a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this firm to others looking for a used vehicle. I just really appreciated not being misled or played with.

They were very attentive and professional to our web inquiry. However, we arrived at the show room unexpectedly and found it pretty difficult to get someone's attention for a test drive - no less than 5 salespeople ignored us. The salesman we eventually tracked down was very nice and low key. The manager was very nice in explaining how he arrived at the trade in value. Very professional. Sometimes this experience can be a little insulting - but not at all so in this case. We did not buy the car we looked at but, we weren't in love with the car after the test drive, so it worked out well.
