My Yaris was found online.Kevin Sikora,a member of the internet sales team was very responsive with phone response and the sales manager Josh agreed to the perfect price>Thank you Kevin and Josh for doing such fine work .My experience with the service dept has been disappointing.In practice,I will only buy a certified vehicle.While my appointment was for Mon Eve to test drive the car it had still not been inspected. Some cars do not pass....fortunately the following day this car did.My first tank of gas, fuel economy was miserably low.When I discovered that the two rear tires on my"certified toyota" were uniformly inflated to 26 psi and I filled them. I was glad to see there were no leaks and fuel economy on the second tank was great. This and a squealing belt however bashed my confidence in their thorough inspection. Would you believe there was no replacement belt in stock at this dealership,? This required to two visits to correct, All personnel, namely Johanna from service, was very professional and I can finally say thank you for taking care of my preowned car.

The Rav I went in for proved to be out of my financial reach. Danny worked to find me another that I could afford. He was very professional and I didn't feel pressured. I was very happy with my experience.
