Unprofessional and poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

I received a couple of messages from them but did not get a return acknowledgement from my last message to them.

Superior service, immediate Internet contact the night of my request, followed up with a personal phone call the next morning to find out my true needs. They had a better than good selection of most of my desires. The cooperation between all dealerships was more than cordial, it was truly helpful. The Internet "Counselors' ( which they should be addressed because of their desire to meet your needs) NOT managers even transitioned very easily when another was busy. Their honesty and "down home" attitude of a good neighbor or friend came across strong for me. i am sure at another dealer i might have tried their patience but here in my indirect choice, they were great car counselors and professionals who made me feel like i had a part in bargaining to my advantage, especially trading as i did!
