Great dealership, honest and fair. I told them I had found a similar car (Make, model, year, 10,000 less miles) for $1000 less than their asking price and they matched the price. They used autotrader to value my trade-in and made me an offer over the phone. I was worried they would try to re-trade the deal after they had my deposit but there was no "good cop/ bad cop" or other actions to try to extract more money. I asked for my alloy wheels to be swapped onto their car and they arranged for the service department to make the change for $60 which I felt was fair. This was very different from my past experiences with car dealers, I was impressed. If you are honest with them they will be honest with you. A happy customer.

I rate them badly due to the fact they low balled me on my 2010 honda accord that only had 26,000 miles and then my new vehicle has a problem with rolling down hill even if its in reverse.
