Bought a car from here. Salesman was great but finance manager and sales managers are horrible and god forbid you need anything after the purchase of the car. I called and left messages every day for 2 weeks about information that was supposed to been given to me and I still do not have that information nor have I recieved a call back. Not to mention the mistakes the finance manager made on my paper work. That took nearly 3 weeks of leg work for me to correct Becker I could get my registration, tag and title. But again the sales person was fantasticic.

i was PROMISED a price over the phone by the salesperson, and even asked several times "are you sure you can do this deal?" and was told yes. I'm in Alpharetta (nearly an hour away) and had to take time off from work to take a look at the vehicle and ink a deal. i expressed this to the salesperson and begged her not to waste my time. She said she cleared it with the manager (LIAR!). Five minutes before i'm leaving my house, the manager calls and says the salesperson was incorrect and they could not give me the car for the price that was promised. At least he had the sense to call me so I didn't drive all the way there, but still a major inconvenience because a selfish salesperson didn't care about wasting my time. Very frustrating.
