was given run around. went to see chrysler after ten minute wait was told car was in shop not available.Never will return to this dealer.sent e Mail and no respondence.I think very rude.

The personality of the sales staff seemed genuine and sincere, but I felt totally manipulated at the end. Presently, I don't trust them.

This dealer ship was not good. We gave them information upfront about my cousin's terrible credit and explained how we would not waste their time if she could not get approved with her bad credit. In addtion we also told them we only had $2,000 dollars to put for a down payment. So after all that said and locating a car online for only 9,995 Buena Park Nissian confirmed that we could get the car her credit would not be a problem they were 99% sure! So we spent the entire sunday there almost 6hrs in total we got the car with a 330 payment my cousin was happy. Then they called the following week and asked for $3,000 more dollars down or the car back? Explaining to me that the bank did not approve the deal? What? had we decided we no longer want the car we cannot return it, but they can allow someone to waste their entire day and not be sure the deal was approved? Not to mention after we did get back with them and make arrangements for the additional money down the payment only went down $15 dollars! What the hell they told us at the dealer ship $5k down would make a payment of $280? I just didn't get it and my cousn was in need of a car (she is a single Mom with 3 kids and works all day) THIS DEALER SHIP SUCKS!

Best experience I have ever had. Teri's customer service and upfront honesty was stellar. We were from out of state (nv) and when its time to look for another car we will be checking in with these folks because honesty and no games is the only way I operate. Sure doesn't say much for Northern Nevada dealers does it? You be the judge..

Would not provide requested information via e-mail. Wanted me to drive 90 miles to look at the car. Not happening without assurances that the car is a possible purchase, and they kept me in the dark regarding information I requested.

Gary was awesome!! he made a call to me ASAP. I haven't made any decision. But it is nice that he keeps in touch. Dealers in Arizona do NOT care one bit.

First i was told the car i inquired about was available but after going down there for a test drive - it had already been sold! although there was another car i liked i didnt have enough credit to be financed by them. Very nice people though
