total reports on price so said your website so I didn't even bother

The salesman and sales manager were very nice but the owner was very condescending and the final price was $100 more than was agreed upon. Of course, I didn't find that out until sitting down with the finance person, who was also very nice. Overall I got a good deal but the owner should support his employees, not override their decision. The car had a broken front bumper that you couldn't see in pictures so I asked for an adjustment. The sales manager agreed and then the owner rescinded it. After saying that my offer was accepted, I get to finance only to find they had added $100. Owner said he was losing money. I will not do business there again, but I bought a Subaru, not a Nissan so that may be the difference.

Joshua was great I sent out 17 emails to purchase a frontier and only 5 responded. No other car dealer would lower the price but Joshua worked with me to get the price where I was happy.

The experience was a little below average. The initial sales person that I was suppose to meet with was unfortunately out of office. The person that I ended up meeting with was not prep for my visit. I sat down at his desk and to explain that I would like to view the car that was for sale. At the end of my visit, I simply asked for the lowest price that they would take for the car and I kept getting the run around. For example, "What if I made you an offer you could not resist" and " What offer do you want to give". It was kind of random, I was not in a office but out on the floor. Felt a little weird. I was actually told to wait right there on the floor and they would come back with a final price. I stood there for about 5 minutes, as other salesman were randomly speaking with one another. I decided to walk outside and stood out there for another 5 minutes. I then started to walk back in and the intial sales man meets me at the door and asked I had an additional question. I am not suprised that he did not know I was waiting for them to come back to me. To be honest, the experience kind of showed that they could have cared less for my business. It has been a week and I am not suprised that I have not recieved a follow up call. When you are buying a car, you want to feel that you made the best decision not that you should have went somewhere else. I do feel that would have been my feelings if I would have purchased this car.

Very nice customer service! This team worked well with me, they were not "pushy" nor did they try to talk me into something I did not want or could not afford. I set my limit when I went in and they made it happen. They got me in a great new car with an awsome payment. Kevin Houser was amazing to work with. My husband and I will use this deal again.

Car was sold before I saw it, but that was due to a delay on my side.

This dealer lied to me, I ask about the vehicule and got invited to test drive it, then another dealer (sister branch) told me they had already sold that particular vehicule 20 days ago, when I call to question them they told me sorry, the vehicule just sold 20 min ago, bad liers!!
