Fabulous experience with Chris (sales) and Ryan (finance) at Groove Mazda. I didn't get any sales pressure from Chris at all - he was simply very helpful, friendly and professional. And, when my credit union gave me a hassle on an already-approved loan, Chris was able to pull Ryan in and get me the same rate immediately (excellent credit certainly helps). Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Drove over 3 hrs with 3 small children to buy a van that we had negotiated with them all day the day before. We literally drive into the parking lot and they sold the van to someone else. The people they were selling it to werent even there it was over the phone! The manager was a joke, could of cared less of the inconvience they put us through all he cared about was making a buck.
