They were great, other than they charged me a $700 dock fee that I was unaware. Maybe I just missed it being posted online, but I personally didn't find out about it until I received the final purchase price. I bought the car anyway, but it was a surprise. The salesman I talked with we're very courteous and professional. The next time I buy a Lexus, I will inquire about the docking fee before I make my purchase. In my searches, it also appears that the West Palm Beach area has very competitive prices for used Lexus. For what ever reason, the Florida area has the best pricing in the entire U.S.
