Never visited their dealership but they were nice over the phone

Pleasant and helpful sales staff.

Salesman Nick was my first salesman, next time I dropped Nick gave me to another salesman and then came Mike. All very pleasant salesmen. Nick called and offered to drive to Kia to my house to see if it would fit in my garage. Wow, that is a great offer because I live about a 30 minute drive away from dealership. Well this car just fit we were able to squeeze it in and it fit like an leather glove. But there were a few unsolvable problems with the car that I wasn't able to pay for nor live with. Nick showed quite a bit of exasperation and impatience with me personally, so due to this attitude I really cannot in good conscience rate this dealership very high. I felt really bad about this , my decision, but...

I wouldn't even give this a one star but you have to pick one........This dealership does not stand behind their warranty. We purchased a Kia Optima brand new because of the warranty. We were having problems and brought to store. They charged us $112.00 to look at it. They said the charge would be waived if they found a problem. They could not find a problem but added oil to the vehicle (for 112.00). 2 weeks later, brought back. They said it need a new engine and that there was no oil. They wanted proof that we had oil changed, however, they themselves had it 2 weeks earlier and added oil. I have the receipt to prove it. So where did the oil go and why didnt they find a problem 2 weeks prior. They wanted to charge us $4500 for a new engine. I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend anyone else does. I will also never buy a Kia.
