The salesman told me during initial phone contact that the car could be painted to my specs and stored until my wife's birthday for a surprise. Upon buying the car I found that they didn't have the man power to paint a whole car--only ins. claim work as they have one person doing body work for three locations. And was told that they could deliver the car anywhere I wanted....this turned out to be nerve-racking as well since they had to "pull" guys to run the car and held my breath to see when/if it would arrive....haven't driven the car beside the test drive so can't say how well it runs, but my wife's b-day surprise has been a stressful fiasco! Thank God it's now sitting at a reputable body shop with people I trust.

The finance. Guy out right lied to me saying it was against the law to buy a car cash trade pay the remainder off with my credit card. I purchased. A car 6 months ago, cash and credit card. And I decided to see if he was honest and the finance people at request 2 separate dealerships, a GM and Chrysler dealership, both told me that no its not illegal. They didn't like to do it but its legal.

I wouldn't even give this a one star but you have to pick one........This dealership does not stand behind their warranty. We purchased a Kia Optima brand new because of the warranty. We were having problems and brought to store. They charged us $112.00 to look at it. They said the charge would be waived if they found a problem. They could not find a problem but added oil to the vehicle (for 112.00). 2 weeks later, brought back. They said it need a new engine and that there was no oil. They wanted proof that we had oil changed, however, they themselves had it 2 weeks earlier and added oil. I have the receipt to prove it. So where did the oil go and why didnt they find a problem 2 weeks prior. They wanted to charge us $4500 for a new engine. I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend anyone else does. I will also never buy a Kia.
