I have not acted on the actual purchase, these people have been prompt, courteous.NOT pushy.

Received a phone call, said vehicle was undergoing inspection. Was in meeting and asked sales person to call me back as soon as out of inspection and I would come and look at. Never heard back, and followed up a few days later, wondering if it was in inventory, said that it was out on a test drive. Asked for someone to call, never heard back from anyone, so called back again 2 days later, and it was told it was now sold.
