I appreciated the fact that the dealer contacted me. However, within an hour of my contact, they had already sold the vehicle. Still, I appreciate their responsiveness.

Multiple emails, still have not recieved what I was looking for. Handed off from one person to another without handing off what I was looking for. Could only rate them lower had they not responded at all....

Nice sales rep. I didn't purchase anything but he was very nice & had knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot. The Pontiac listed was not there though.

The ad for this Trailblazer said it had 88,918 miles on it and when we test drove the car it had 95,000 miles on it. The truck ran well and was pretty clean although the gas gauge seemed to not work so we asked the salesman if the gas gage was broken and he stated no. We decided to purchase the car and when we were completing the paper work with the finance manager he received a call and told us that the odometer cluster may have been replaced and that he needs to go find out. He left the room and I was not happy because that can be a major issue if you know what I mean. He came back and said sorry it hasn't been replaced and wasn't an issue. So after we purchased and left the lot we had to stop and get gas. I filled it up and it only took $30.00? As we left the gas station I realized the gas gage was broke and the oil pressure gage stopped working, then the speedometer starting fluctuating. The next day I addressed these issues with the car salesman he told me to bring it back in to have it looked at, so we did. After looking over the car they told me it's not an easy fix and that it would cost $450.00 for a used cluster that would read 110,000 miles instead of the actual mileage on the vehicle and that it can't be recalibrated. The service manager said a new one would cost 600.00 to 800.00. They told me they would pay up to $350.00 towards a used one and I would have to pay the rest out of my pocket! What really bothers me about this is they new it had a bad cluster when they sold it to me and lied directly to my face when I asked them about it and when I asked them to pay for the costs they pretty much refused. I will never purchase another vehicle here....New or Used

We purchased our vehicle from Howard. He was an amazing salesman who went way above and beyond the normal salespersons role. We drove 2.5 hours to look at the vehicle we purchased, but before that Howard took videos and sent them to us so we felt the drive was probably going to end up in a sale, and it did! Would definately recommend Howard and the team at Gerard.

Car was not at location listed, I was sent, in the rain to the Thomas Dodge store instead. Listing was incorrect for the options on the vehicle i.e. no Navigation system and no Bluetooth, but they still wanted the listed price for the vehicle, said it was their 3rd party service who priced the vehicle. Car was dirty, was told they don't detail until the vehicle is sold. Female salesperson was nice, that's why they received 1star.
