Good Followup.

Terrible customer service. I arrived to the location, go inside the sales reps office. While in the office rep picks up a phone call that takes up to 10mins. We then proceed to tske a look at the car. I ask the rep if we can take it gor a tedt drive and he states that we should fill out paper work. This has never happened to me in other dealerships. Rep states asking price is 31k when i tell him i want to but it out, he goes speaks to a manager and trlls me 35k. I ask if its negotiable, he said no without attempting to work out a deal with me. I would not recommend this dealership yo anyone!

Problem is the auto had a frontal collision
