offered car at below edmunds TMV. said they respected edmunds evaluations, which no other dealer said. helped get the car to CT so we could register there, saving a trip. settled on price by email very quickly. very reasonable, professional. bought a new hyundai from them based on their approach and price, the best i found after speaking to over 8 hyundai dealers in 4 states (who made me never want to buy a new car again).

Dealer very responsive to email. Bought 2009 Sonata and very pleased with car and price. Spent more time at dealer than wanted to, but they were fairly busy.

Dealer gave me a price via email, as well as a price for a trade in over the phone. I went in to purchase the car, and they did not hold up either price i recieved from their internet sales team. I will never go to another prime dealership again. I do not think the internet staff deals with the sales managers when they give out prices. It makes me feel like the whole process was a big waste of time. Prime Hyundai is a horrible dealership, wish i could give them 0 stars.
