Beware of Honda North advertised deals. They used a bait and switch by advertising a car at a very attractove price that they did not have and had been sold quite some time ago..

Very disappointed with our experience with Kelly Honda in Lynn, MA! We drove over 250 miles to purchase a 2009 FX35 only to have major issues with the dealer after the purchase to make things right with our purchase. The car's AC did not work when we purchased - Asked them to repair before taking delivery of the vehicle since it was 5 days before purchasing and taking delivery of the vehicle due to our busy schedule and living so far away out of state from the dealer. To make a long story short it took 3 visits to the dealer and a call to the dealership's owner to get the A/C fixed. This dealership was quick to give us the red carpet buying experience only to turn into a service nightmare. The sales department changed their initial offer on the FX35 we were trading in and dropped their offer by $2000. Many broken promises with Kelly Honda!!! We were told multiple times when they hard our car to service it for the a/c they would detail the car - they didn't wash the car let alone detail it. We asked to have a cargo utility mat tray for the rear of the car included in the purchase. They promised they would get us one - yet sent the wrong one and said they would get us the correct mat and to keep the wrong one sent as a spare - only to have take the extra mat out of car and never get us the correct mat. So we ended up loosing out with NO mat at all. Other things that were asked to be taken care of included a broken gas cap, a smudge from a shopping cart needing to be buffed out, and a small defect in the leather seats - that took several requests to even have the dealer address. After several calls and getting the run around with the service staff, sales staff and sales manager who was pawned off to deal with the issues - the general manager called to try to assist us. I asked how the dealer would compensate us for the additional 1000 miles put on our vehicle for the trips back and forth to be serviced for things that should have been right before taking delivery of the vehicle - he told us that they do not compensate anyone for things like this and maybe next time you should buy a vehicle a little closer to where we live. The dealer did provide us with a loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced. The downside is we requested paperwork / documentation of what was done for work on our vehicle for our maintenance records and never received a copy of these documents from the service department when the vehicle was returned. The real kicker is obviously this dealership does not maintain very goods records anywhere - as we just received an email from someone in their online sales department asking us if we were still in the market to purchase an Inifinity FX35. Hello - maybe someone ought to tell their sales department that, we came and bought a vehicle from them. That's pretty insulting to our buying experience. Shame on us for thinking Kelly Honda would make our buying experience easy as their marketing department promises. I would purchase with caution from Kelly Honda - as this has been the worst buying / service department experience we have ever had with purchasing a vehicle!!!

Dealer responded promptly. Scheduled a time to test drive the car but it went under agreement quick. I was impressed that they contacted me to save me a ride.

I had a scheduled appointment to look at this particular car. They even called to confirm. But they let the manager take the car home for the weekend, so it wasn't there when I arrive. One of the sales guys offered to give me money for gas when I came back the next day. I asked for gas money for the day I arrived and did not intend to come back, why would I. They refused to offer me anything for my 1 hour drive to their dealership. I expected a sincere apology from someone on Monday, but that never came. Poor management, communication, and service.

Very responsive and pleasant. Honda dealership, salesperson did not know much about the used Subaru. Story of the car didn't quite hold together.

The car was dirty, inside and out, the dash indicator light for the ABS and Emergency brake were stuck on and the dealership was unwilling to even diagnose the problem so I could feel safe driving the car home from NH to MA Asking price was a few dollars short of $10,000. When there were clearly mechanical problems that would require repair, we offered $8500, the offer was accepted, and then they insisted it was an "as is" sale with no "lemon" law in NH to protect the buyer. The dealer assured us there were two remote entry keys and that the car would be clean and serviced before we picked it up the following day. Nothing was done, they would not find the extra key, and we were given a title for a different car on their lot and only noticed when we returned home and tried to register the car in MA. The car will be in the shop for a week having all the problems fixed but it is precisely the Town and Country I wanted and can't wait to drive it. I will never suggest someone buy from this dealer's used car inventory. I cannot speak to the way they deal with customers buying new cars.

Excellent communication.... no games just straight talk. I went and saw the van. I did not buy it because my wife wasn't crazy about the color and I thought the price was a little high
