Dealt with them 5 years ago when I bought a used CR-V. It had many problems and was a lemon. Poured a lot of money into it, and the only compensation they offered was a more expensive vehicle that wasn't a Honda. Complained to the general manager and the dealer's owner. No apologies or offers to make things right. Will NEVER deal with them again. ZERO STARS, not even one!
