Well there were things that we wanted to knowabout our car that we were told i dont know about ,and the things we were told were not true.We had to wait all day by the time we finally got the car.Overall I am happy with my car.

Very professional and helpful.

It seemed that the entire sales force was helping with my needs. Not true of course, but the people there gave that impression.

Too many screw ups to mention.....

Worst unprofessional dealership I've ever witnessed!! Was sold a defective rim and I am pregnant! THe Manager did not care at all that he sold us this because we didn't report it unitil 5months post purchase since it was a slow leak! Took the car in for it's FIRST rotation at another facility and we watched them rotate & they found a crushed rim that only a machine could cause. Something an educated consume could not find unless they asked the salesman to take off the tires for inspection! Yet the manager refuses to replace our rim for free. Only for his discounted price of $350!!! THen he blames the other tire company for crushing our rim & refuses to help us! Don't you think we'd go after the tire co that crushed it??? So we are driving on safety defect thanks to Ford until we can afford to replace it! "If you're not satisfied, we're not satisified" is their billboard! BS!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF, unproffesional, unethical
