Called about a vehicle they had listed as available on their website and expressed that I was interested and may be able to see it that same day for a test drive. I Spoke to "Jose", and when I called back two hours later to confirm the test drive said he was sorry but the vehicle had been sold. (Really? In two hours time on a weekday morning?). For days afterward the vehicle was still listed on the dealers website, and I continue to get spam emails from them asking if I'm "still interested". I have no interest in dealing with Jerry's Ford of Alexandria and advise others to avoid them.

DID NOT SHOW CARFAX UNTIL THIRD REQUEST! Almost bought the 08 Vette, cancelled order once reading the Carfax and the car was in a "disableing damaged" condition. They did not disclose this from the beginning and tried to make it out as a no big deal. Used car manager is a "0" ZERO! His quote "Carfax" is more trouble than its worth" "Show Me The Carfax"!!!

They kept changing what was needed. I had at least 4 salespeople talking to me in rapid succession, I don't know if this was/is their tactic but I was very frustrated when I left. Everyone (except the original salesman) seemed like a stereo typical "used car" salesman. I left there went right to Fox Chevrolet and am extremely happy with the car I purchased from them. Stay away from Academy Ford!!
