2 visits and the used vehicle was not on the lot. Sales Manager said he would have it detailed and ready the next day. Vehicle was dripping with an oil film inside and out, like they fished it out of the Gulf. Even puddled in the cup holders. His offering price was $1000 more than his advertised price. Said he didn't know who set the web price. Forget them.

worst dealer ever. Sealed a deal on line, confirmed by phone, went all way over ro Randolph to pay, signed papers, gave my credit card, agreed to pay entire amount then & there. After over an hour, the salesman says the manager said the deals off. Spoke to the manager, (who I have written confirmation for the deal) who said he wasn't selling me the vehicle. Obviously a bait & switch since I did not agree to his $500 for a trade in on my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer (1998). He had his number for the entire deal all the while. His rep Jeremy was supposed to return my call or email 2 weeks later to see if another vehcle was available. Guess what? Nada! No reply! Nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! BBB of NJ is being contacted.

Most horrid experience ever at an automobile dealership. From the car not being prepped properly for delivery (coffee stains, glue all over rims, cup holder falling off in my hand, change/toys/wrappers in compartments, leather FILTHY) to them not caring enough that we drove four hours to take delivery if the car to even make a serious new car offer to save a wasted trip (the condition if the "delivery ready used one turned us off so bad we could not follow thru on its purchase) to the VERY poor attitude of the three "managers" we were bounced around between to try to rectify the situation. ID NEVER HAVE ANYBODY I KNOW GO HERE!!!
