Didn't call till almost 3 days later.

I received an email within 12 hours of contact advising they would call. Gentleman called Monday morning while I was working. I asked to call him back later in the day. I called and gentleman was with a customer, I left a message. I called Tuesday, mid morning. Gentleman was with a customer so I left a second message. I called Wednesday, gentleman was with a customer, I did not leave a message. I then received 2 emails. The first advising that the vehicle I had asked about had been sold but they had similar vehicles albeit at a higher price. The 2nd email just moments after the 1st was asking if I was satisfied with Reynolds Mazda. I responded to the 2nd email. I told them I had received a call but that I tried to return it 3 times leaving 2 message in the course of 3 days I had not received a return call so either he was not getting messages or just didn't return messages. Surprise, I got a call within the hour. We are still looking for a vehicle.
