Terrible experience. Told us the vehicle was on their lot and we drove 50 minutes only to find out it was not.

My experience with this dealer was terrible. I found a vehicle listed online that I wanted to test drive and called to setup an appointment because I live almost two hours away. After getting there I found the vehicle parked at the service building and asked if I could take it on a test drive. The lady at the front desk told me to walk back across the street and talk to a salesmen. I walked across the street and both salesmen were on the phone so I talked to another receptionist about the vehicle and asked if I could take it on a test drive. After we found the keys she told me I would need to go back across the street to get a dealer plate to drive the truck on the road. After going in to get the plate she walked out and informed me that the truck was already sold. I never got a call or anything and wasted a good portion of my day trying to buy the truck.
