I had one terrific experience with Ganley Chrysler Dodge Ram. The sales staff made me feel very comfortable. They also had a super nice vehicle on display. I was kind of sad because the vehicle didn't have all the options I was looking for, but, that car is fantastic. I'm glad I stuck with Ganley ad went all the way to Painesville to get that car. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. My sales guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when I told him the brakes were squeaking. I had them looked at elsewhere. Overall, this place was pretty good. Although they did have some crappy cars on there lot and they did not service them. I don't think any of there vehicles are certified pre-owned. Get an extended warranty online from the manufacturer.
