Nice vehicles, our salesman left a lot to be desired - I feel that because HE felt we weren't serious he didn't want to be bothered and gave us "half" answers to our questions. (That was our first stop - we were prepared to buy) Well, we went home, got answers to our questions, got preapproved for our loan in about 15 minutes and bought a vehicle the next day right down the road. I personally won't even get my jeep serviced there.

I drove from Nashville to look at the advertised van on Cargurus. It was beat up quite a bit. I ended up buying a van in much better condition and paid them what I consider a premium price. All they had to do was fix a strap for me on the back row seat. Probably a few dollar part. I called the salesman, the business manager, and also the operations manager. They all would not return my calls. I would advise against buying any car from this dealership. Their practice is obviously abandon the buyer after the sale is made. I regret my purchase. I could have been treated that way much closer to home. I will not be buying from them again.
