Found the car on: CarGurus, would have never found it otherwise! Great site and Smith Cadillac was wonderful to work with = we bought the car Saturday, April 27th. When it is time to deal again, I will look to both sources.

I was searching for a specific used car and found they had one in stock. I dealt with salesman via email before I made 100 plus mile trip to see the car. Car was exactly as advertised and maybe better. They are a small town business, family owned since 1937. All of the people I dealt with were extremely courteous and helpful. I was allowed a significant test drive over all kinds of real world road condition. They handled all the paperwork very efficiently and there were no surprise charges or fees. They get my highest recommendation.

I had seen on the internet that this dealership buys vehicles. It said on the ad that you don't have to make an appointment just bring your vehicle in and it would take less than 20 min for them to give you a price. I live in Waldron. I drove over 50 miles to this dealership. The salesman that greeted me was nice. I was looking for a Honda, he said they didn't have anything but chevrolets. I asked if they bought vehicles and said I wanted to sell mine. He went and got the owner. This man walked out to my vehicle with his arms crossed in front of him and his greeting to me was what do you want for this. WOW! He was giving off a very beligerent body language and tone. I told him, which was a little under than what I should expect to get paid, and to say the least he made me feel like an idiot for even pulling onto his lot. He said if I was looking for a Honda I should try the Honda place and do a trade in there. Mind you, the ad said they bought vehicles even without a purchase there. Well, I think that might not be true. The man (owner)was extremely rude and I would suggest some customer service workshops.

I made several phone calls and sent emails before someone returned my call.

The dealer responded quickly and followed up on a regular basis . The follow up calls were appropriately spaced and each time the dealer was very courteous.

Very helpful and nice. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
