i purchased a 2006 impala fron Lapeyrouse after a week with the car it started to make a ticking noise i called the sales person and he was like ok if u bring the car back well put u in a rental until we can fix the problem to my surprise they didnt honor their word i went there and didnt get a rental i was sent home in the car with the same noise i was hearing prior to going i was told oh thats just the way the motor sound i was told by the sales person the he highly recommend that i purchase the extended warranty so i did i was suppose to recieve my paperwork by mail in two weeks still havent recieved it a month later that was an addition 1585 i feel like i was taken advantage of in addition on that it was advertised to come witha 6 month trial of onstar and havent recieved that either:(((((((((((((((
