This the worst dealership in the entire country. I wanted to buy a Hyundai (2010) from them. I told their general manager that I would be in the following morning to complete the transaction. Sold my car, went to the bank and obtained financing. Called to see when I could pick up the car and was told it had been sent to Pinellas Park, Fl. No one was courteous enough to call and let me know they had sold it to someone else. Called all day long. Avoid this dealer at all cost. They lack honor and integrity.........

I purchased a 2010 HHR Limited Edition LT2 that had a back blinker out. I drove 2 hours to pick up the car. The salesman was aware the light was out because we talked about it on the test drive. The car ran out of gas on the test drive. My own fault, I forgot to mention it after we got back to the dealership after waiting for them to come out to put a gallon of gas in the vehicle. IMPORTANT: Upon arriveing home, thinking it was a bulb as the salesman suggested, I discovered that the wireing harnes was all cut an that the complete socket for the bulb was missing for the vehicle. I contacted them and they said if I would drive it back to the dealership (2 hour drive to and 2 hour drive back, would need to take a day off work to do it) that they would fix it for $175.00. I ended up paying more at a local Chevy dealership to fix it but saved the day off work. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM SORENSON & SCHADE. They obviously do not stand behind their deals nor do they inspect cars that they sell well.

I called because I didn't receive a response email. I spoke to the manager and he was very friendly and personable. I drove the 2 hours to see the car the following day. I was disappointed that there was a small problem with the car, as they knew I was coming. They had it fixed the following the day. The car is beautiful, the price was perfect and they gave me an excellent deal for my trade in.
