F!!! as a rating! used cars are ones that are brought into the lot, and they resell them.They only do the MINIMUM to pass inspection. I have boght 3 used cars in the past, and all three were one after the other. They all needed extensive repairs after one year or LESS of ownership.I finally had to turn them into the Chevrolet customer service 1-800 number in the back of the coupon book to get any satisfaction and even at that, it was a fight for them to do the needed repairs of 1100.00 that my CERTFIED used car needed after 11 months of ownership. I do not recommend this dealer for used cars.

Worst customer service ever experienced! Went through the whole buying process with them. Made first trip to see car, got financed. Made an appt to come back and pick up the car. When I got there within the same hour, they sold the car to someone else! Wasted time, trips, gas, energy, credit application process... After that I sent an email to Matt and he never responded. Drove 5 hrs and purchased a used vehicle from wood Chevrolet in plumville Pennsylvania, while driving vehicle home it started making a noise I called dealer back I was told to take it to a local dealer for an estimate!! When wood Chevrolet found out how much repairs cost they refused to get it fixed!! Very poor customer service!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them!!
