dealer jerked me around with extra fees until i had to walk from the deal. they sure talk a good deal up front but don't deliver.

Bought a car from them and was unhappy so took it back after a week but my three days was up so they traded the car for 3000 less than value. Then our new trade in check engine light came on 24hours later. So I took it in to them before the 3 day take back offer expired. They changed the gas cap and charged me $100. Then the check engine light came on again but it was after the 3days. I have owned the car for 6 months and have only driven it for 2 of the 6 months and have spent over $4000 in repairs on this vehicle. I am not impressed with their services our their talk about wanting their customers to be happy.

Not what I saw on the picture, also car has 18K not 12K.

Would not recommnd this dealer to anyone and if you are out of state don't count on getting the car or truck you are looking at. Even if they tell you it will be held with a credit card that is a lie. We got such a song and dance from sales all the way to management. Very bad busines practice and I should know as a business owner to 3 businesses we have excellent rates, customer service and more so we DO AS WE SAY WE WILL DO. I bet if they would have gotten more money from our end we would have ended up with the truck. Oh well its their poor business practice and their loss!!!!!!! I highly recommend paying attention to ratings.

The sales rep I talked to, Megan, was awesome. My problem was with the Corvette "specialist" that valued my car. He told me my Vette had 31k miles on it, not what I told them. The 24,682 the odometer showed. Just goes to show how good Carfax works. Megan did offer me a good deal on the car I was looking at but their specialist wrecked the deal.
