It was terrible and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! They sold us a car and come to find out 2 mo later the loan didn't go through. Not to mention they never even informed the bank of our down payment, in fact they conveniently forgot and weren't going to return it at all!

Called to check the condition of a vehicle. I was told it had a few fine scratches, you'd have to look hard to find them. The vehicle was beat! Door dings, scratches all over the front and back bumpers and top of the back lift gate. The headliner inside had a 3" rip in it. Showed us some other crappy used cars and then a new top of the line Traverse. They knew it was out of our price range, expected us to pay sticker price. Wouldn't look for the past year model for us or other options that would bring the price down. After we bought a traverse in Folsom 3 days later the called to try and negotiate another deal.
