I dealt with the used car section. Pretty fair, but go at the end of the month and you'll have a lot better negotiating leverage (as the asking prices were very inflated).

Had an appointment to look at vehicle at 11 am. Used car salesman Scott, when i called to tell him I might be early, stated he had just had another interested party call that said they would be there at 10:15 am. I drove there anyway, and when he finally came out, he said they had made an offer. Very unprofessional of him. I was VERY INTERESTED in this vehicle. He should have had the other interested party come in AFTER my confirmed appintment to see this vehicle. I have never been treated so disrespectfully nor unprofessonally. I had also bought another new car from this dealer in the past. I was not treated professionally or courteously. No wonder used car salesmen have very poor reputations.

Dealer placed my number on telemarketing website...wished I never contacted them!
