He went so far beyond the call of duty after the agreement was reached, He arranged special handling and special treatement in preparing the car for delivery to my wife. Not often you can say it was a great business decision and great personal experience. I have purchased many new and used cars, this is not my first time so these are strong words from me to articulate how well this deal worked.
