Independent Auto is wonderful!!! If it was not for them I would have paid $611 for a part that was not needed!!! They were very helpful and figured out the problem right away!!! Only paid $49 woo hoooooo!!!!! I will always come to them when my car is in need of a doctor!!! They are awsome and not to expensive they are really there to help you!!! Thanks to everyone at Independent Automotive!!!!

I have a Audi A4 1.8T that the timing belt went out on the freeway. Idependant was very well priced and very friendly. They got me the best deal on parts and were half the price than the dealer. My experince there was the best I have had at any other shop.

Straight shooter in all regards. Got in and out quickly. Go there, save money, and be well satisfied with the outcome. Then, go again.
Quality of work great, customer service great, everything known up front, I would definitely go back and yes, if you have a German auto that needs repairs, go there.

I TOOK MY 2005 PASSAT TO FIX LAST WEEK, I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON IT, BUT THE WARRANTY DID NOT WANTED TO COVER THE COST, IT HAD A PROBLEM WITH A GASKET FROM THE ENGIENE AND THE OIL PUMP COOLER, SO ALL THE ENGINE COOLER WAS VERY VERY BAD, IT WAS BROWN. BUT STEVE CALLED THEM AND EXPLAIN THAT THE PARTS THAT HAD TO BE COVER BY THEM CUZ THATS WHAT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY HAD TO COVER. THE TEAM OF INDEPENDENT AUTOMOTIVE DID A EXCELENT JOB, THE COOLANT FOR THE ENGINE WAS SO CLEAN THAT IT LOOKED THAT NOTHING HAD HAPPEN TO THE CAR AND THE GASKET WAS CHANGE WITH NO PROBLEM AND WITH PROFESSIONALISM, WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP WAS ON A SATURDAY, STEVE LOOKED LIKE HE DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL CUZ HE TOLD ME HE WILL GIVE BACK MY CAR ON SATURDAY, I REALLY APPRECIATE THE JOB AND THE FRIENDLY (NOT AS A CUSTUMER) WAY STEVE AND HIS TEAM TOOK CARE OF MY CAR, THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND FOR NEXT TIME I WOULD NOT DOUBT ON BRINGING MY CAR BACK TO YOUR SHOP.
BY THE WAY PRICES ARE EXECELENT, MUCH BETTER THEN THE DEALER AND A FRIENLIER WAY TOO.

my timing belt broke and damaged the valves.the cost to repair it was half what the dealer said. valve job new timing belt and water pump for under $3000.00
