Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I received a phone call. The caller sounded very pleasant. I exchanged emails and the emials were promptly responded to. I felt the lady at the dealership went above the call of duty by agreeing to give me further information on the vehicle.

Bait and switch. Advertised one car but didn't have it. I drove 80 miles only to find this out. Never again.

I bought a jeep from the dealer and it had leak but the dealer never responded back to my call or email. I did not have the jeep for one day and it had already caused me a problem. The customer service is very poor there!

Truck was over priced would not come off price any. Big rip off place

Went out 2x after calling first, no one was every available to assist me even after waiting 30 minutes. I was told the van I was looking for was up the hill and I could look around - this is after parking in the handicapped spot and walking in with a cane. Sure, I am going to walk around and find a needle in a haystack guys. Cold day in hell.

Went to the dealership on Sunday with anticipation of driving off the lot with one of these cars, but the dealership was closed.... Purchased one later on that week from dealership in Atlanta.

I wanted to negotiate a price on a Jeep I was interested in only to be told that the Jeeps were sellling so well that they were going to be firm on thier asking price. I took my business to another dealer, they worked with me on the price and I bought from them.

Not willing to negotiate
