This is my experience ...No respect for the customer.

I had decent money and was looking to quickly seal the deal on a 36 mnts lease. I showed my intent. But after 2 visits of 2 hours each I did not get a quote on the lease I wanted. I had done my research on pricing and I was eligible for Invoice pricing as offer from my employer.

1. The basic strategy of this dealership is to confuse you and frustrate you with wasting your time with not-important questions and issues. Then they break you down and try to negotiate the deal.

For example:

A. I came for a second visit and they told me they would keep a manual transmission car ready for me to test - well they salesman was not there .. the other salesman took me to a car which had no fuel .. after filling that up it did needed to jump started ... that took 30 min out in the cold. Talk about a new car.

B. I had 3 different salespeople come and talk to me about different things.

C. They wanted my credit info before they gave me a rough estimate based on avg. score. They took partial details each time and then went to the managers cube to get a price each time coming back demanding more information. 1st time they told be after 15 min wait that they do not have the color I want (color is the last thing I want to talk about), then after another 20 min they come back asking me to fill the credit form and asking details about my companies discount program (which they knew off already). After I filled the form there is no one back for 20 min .. in between I had 3 different sales mans at different times ... telling me how busy they all are .. well there were 6 sales man for 3 customers in the store ... all trying to pretend to be busy.

D. Finally, they ask me to put down 500 bucks to book the 2nd choice color of mine .. just a cheap scheme to lock me in .. while they did not tell me the cost of lease, max miles per year, residual etc. and told me there was no scope of negotiation as the price wont change so ... I might as well buy it !!! CRAZY ... they have no respect for the customer . Also, I am a financial analyst and I cud see them giving me all sorts of incorrect information about how a lease is priced ... a must AVOID ...

I dont think they value others time.

Buying is a car isn't always easy. It's even harder with Walkers Renton Mazda. Salespeople lie, Service people order the wrong parts, and Managers are rude and take side of their employees, not the customer. They are all great before they take your money, but don't know you after the sale. Watch out.
