Was present a dirty car. Said he didn't have time to wash it
so he just rinsed it down. Then the sales agent tells me that
he has another appointment shortly like telling us we are
done after I told him that the car was not as the pictures
showed. The car hadn't even been through ispection yet.
Sales agent was full of himself. Not the way to make a sale.

Horrible experience! Made an appointment to look at 1 car(which I called & asked if salesperson knew car was still available,she said yes I can see the car )she ,couldn't find the car ,finally found ,then couldn't find the key.The minute we got there,they handed us a credit report form BEFORE we test drove car,had not even looked at car yet!Spent over 2 hours there ,waste of time ! They also emailed and called several times to verify our appointment in the 1 1/2 after I made appointment -it was really frustrating they kept confirming.I have credit score of 795,had been preapproved by my credit union,had $7,000 to put down & they still tried to get all my financial information before I even test drove a car.I am 24 yrs old ,Thank Goodness someone was with me that told me not to let them run my credit right off the bat!

It was a pleasure working with my salesman Austin, he had to play chauffeur for me to drop off my U-Haul truck, then again to the Bank, the entire experience was probably the single easiest for buying a car ever! I highly recommend Vandergriff internet service, and especially Austin!

Second purchase from this dealer and a bit disappointed at this point. We got home late the night of purchasing to find that the vehicle was missing equipment that the dealer clearly stated was installed on this vehicle. We are now waiting to see how they try to resolve the issues we have found.

Ok so I give the service guy Chris 5 stars.. however the sales rep for a new car tried hard to push me into a car I did not want and out of the car I did... very uncomfortable. I will forgo his name but the sales department really turned me off. So hence the 3 star. 1 for sales 5 for service.
