I dealt with Mike here, and he was a bit of a jerk. Very pushy and I did not enjoy my time with him. Didn't seem to know the car very well and wasn't interested in getting me a good deal. He just kept trying to make the sell and seemed annoyed that I had reservations or wanted a lower interest rate.

They advertised the car for one price and then when I came in to see it, they raised the price another $4000, insisting it was listed as the price they paid for the car and that it was the law that they had to add the $4000. The car was a mess, it was not detailed and ready to present for sale. I had to wait another 24hrs. before I could bring it home.

the car that we went to see that they told us was there right before we took off to go see it they told us it was sold then tried to show us a really dirty kia van then came back and told us they do still have it but in different lot them wanted to charge us to even get the car up to selling standards so the cat we went to look at was 7699.00 and by the time they added everything up it was over 11,000

Made a great deal for a 2007 Ford Mustang GT. They kept the car overnight for a safety inspection picked it up the next day and it had a brand new set of Pirelli's on it. My salesman Brian Ridge and the finance team bent over backwards to make the sale need I say more?

Dealer told me the car I responded to was sold 45 minutes before I contacted. then he tried to sell me more expensive cars. When I "stuck to my guns" he disappeared and I've not heard from him again. I feel this car never existed and Van Chevrolet uses scams. Shame on them.

I called the dealer and asked if the Silver 2008 Z06 was still available, which was confirmed. Drove 35 miles to see the car, suddenly it had ceased to exist. Bait & switch classic.

well i wouldn't send anyone to this company due to i got 3 calls before i arrived at car lot ,1st off i had 5000 cash and felt like i should of went to van buren and to top it off i live about 30 miles from this lot and thats no joke and not once did they tell me the car was sold or gone and i never got to see the car i went to look at they literally rode us around the lot like the car was there showing us car that looked like junk and before my wife and daughter and i left we we're bombarded with salesman after salesman ,i'm sure other people fell for the nice car routine ,it was a very bad time .

I didn't care for the truck I viewed, but told Willie (salesman) what I was interested in. Two days later, he called, said a truck came in on trade, am I interested. I drove out and ended up buying it. Van detailed it nicely, replaced the windshield and driver mirror for free (said it was a safetly issue), changed the oil, and reset the airbags. Only issue I have is that I was charged $599 for something called Tire Assure. It was never discussed with me and was not part of our negociation on the final price. I have yet to find out what the $599 gets me (if anything). Also, when buying a vehicle that you're spending (in my case, about $18,000), I think it's expected to pick up the new purchase with a full tank of gas. Mine was a fourth tank. Those are my only issues. Otherwise, Van was professional, prompt, ,and courteous.
