Universal Toyota

While I was in dealership I heard a supervisor or manager berate an employee of a lower level of responsibility, loudly using profanity, within earshot of the entire lobby area. Very unprofessional. They were in the process of getting me a good deal on my trade in when they all of a sudden lost over 20% of the dollar amount the salesman told me they had gotten offers for in less than 1/2 an hour. I think the salesman just let it slip. They had offered the vehicle in question several grand below average listing price. But when I saw it, obviously that poor jeep had been 'well loved'. I was a little irked that I felt like they pretty much wasted my time and couldn't just tell me anything over the phone. Even though I gave them the same information in person... But the salesman I worked with was very nice and helpful.

Very attentive. Vehicle in Internet was in process of financing approval so I didn't purchase.

Best Dealership that I've ever visited... Very responsive - customer oriented. Good deals on cars and maintenance and repairs.

Don't believe them!!! I drove 7 hours to get a car that the salesman said--didn't have a scratch on it. When I mentioned I was concerned about cloth seats, he said the seats just wipe clean. Well the car in perfect condition without a scratch that was gassed up and waiting for me had nicks, scratches, and stained seats. It looked like a three year old colored over a large nick in the hood with a gold paint pen. I would like to save someone the grief that we had today, then my trip wouldn't be a total bust. Don't go to Universal Toyota they lie.

I have been impressed with Universal so far. They were one of only a few Toyota dealers close to the U.S. News reported average national Prius price. My questions were answered quickly by phone and email, but they did not give a written estimate. They are Toyota certified, but there is still uncertainty when working with businesses you aren’t familiar with. I found they had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Some Toyota dealers that seemed to have better reviews in online forums had much lower BBB ratings.

Need to spruce up their customer relations attitudes.
