Salesperson was great. Email could have been more specific about where to go when I arrived, same was true of another dealership. Emails are too generic, they need to personalize.

The people at Toyota of Wellesley were very helpful when my daughter and I were looking for a used CR-V. My daughter was buying the vehicle and they directed their conversations to her and not to me as other dealers were prone to do. She bought a really clean 2010 CR-V from them and was very happy with both the vehicle and the manner in the deal was made.
