Toyota of Bedford

Dont really think they want to sell any cars. Found there ad on ebay and called the number with the listing. Called this same number a minimum of six times, always got a non-business like recording. So got online, found the dealer and a different phone number. Called this number, asked to talk to a pre-owned salesperson, and was put on hold so long that I was eventually cut off. I called back, and it happened again. So I waited until the next day and tried again. This time I got to speak to someone, and I was really excited. I asked him to give me a value for my trade, before I drove two+ hours to the dealership. Just a rough idea, a range maybe. Wouldn't hold him to it. Just an idea. His response was no, I should do it myself on thier website. That was enough. I decided that Toyota of Bedford was not the the dealership for me. And the number I was calling originally with no answer? It was another salemans cell phone, who never answers. Go figure.

Horrible staff and horrible deals.

Extremely unprofessional and rude sales help in the used car department. Was ready to purchase the perfect vehicle there, but the associate was a horrible salesman and gave false information multiple times. Very disappointing.

Very Professional. I was soooo glad to talk with a dealership that was not pushy but very straight forward in speaking the knowledge of the business and sales!

They are very Nice and Understanding of any sitution I have under gone!
