Toyota Walnut Creek

We drove all the way from Sunnyvale (1hour)to see a used 2012 Sequoia SUV. We had an appointment to look at this specific vehicle. When we arrived we were told that the owner of the Toyota dealer ships son took off in the truck and that he didn't know where he went or when he would be back. He told us he always did things like that. He said he would try calling him and he walked away I assume to try and call him. 20 minutes later When he came back he said he could not reach him but he could show us new one. As we were looking at the brand new one he proceeded to tell us that the owners son who has been driving the Sequoia we came to look at was a smoker and not just a smoker but a chain smoker who always has a cigarette in his hand so the vehicle really smelled of smoke. I feel like we were miss lead and that they set us up to get us there so they could try and sell us a brand new Sequoia. We will never go back to Walnut Creek Toyota.

Car is nice but price was not

I have done business with them in the past, more than once. Never had any problem, they're great.
