Horrible. They are not willing to negotiate any reasonable offer. They expect you to pay sticker price even if the car has some flaws.

BY far the worst dealer I have ever went to ,or had the pleasure of dealing with.Drove 124 miles one way and they didnt even have the vehicle there, or have the decentcy to call and tell us it was gone before we drove there.
